Special Design Features Comments: The renovated building allows NJPAC to accommodate its educational classes, workshops and performances for children aged pre K-high school year round. The 6 story, 33,000 square foot building houses a theater, two dance studios, practice rooms, three music classrooms, early childhood room, three drama studios, and a computer lab, as well as a library and administrative spaces.

Main liaison on behalf of the Owner between the design and construction teams. We had overall responsibility for the management of the time, cost, quality and administration aspects of the project. The project was completed on time and under budget.
