Special Design Features/Comments: WCS needed to improve its retail and food service facilities at the lakeside location. The existing turn-of-the-century pavilion was converted from food service to retail. A New 18,000 s.f. single story dining facility was built adjacent to the reshaped pond. Outdoor dining pavilions provide a warm family setting. This project was carried out using a public/private initiative.
