Special Design Features/Comments: Designed to house a privately donated collection of archival manuscripts, the Juilliard Manuscript Collection will consist of the Scholar Reading Room, Workroom and Scholar Storage Room. The three interior rooms, containing archival materials and manuscripts, will be housed in museum specified environmental conditions. In addition to the interior space of the Juilliard Manuscript Collection, a climate controlled exhibition case, running the length of the exterior, is contained in a public corridor.
Seamus Henchy and Associates is currently serving as the Owner’s representative during all phases of concept, design, and construction management; maintaining schedules, budget and completion of the project.
