​This is an open floor plate glass box penthouse duplex enclosure in an 1929 Art Deco TriBeCa industrial building with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. A 4,500 SF wrap-around terrace can be accessed from any room. The duplex features an elliptical self-supporting stair with glass threads. The light plays off the glass fins on the north and south side and creates rainbows in the interior spaces.

This penthouse was used for the filming of the SHOWTIME Original Series Billions.
