- MEPS upgrades
- New entrances to campus
- Create new public green spaces
- New restaurant(s) and cafe(s).
- Concourse redesign
- Renovation(s) of music halls
- New bookstores
- Central ticketing/information center
- Plaza(s) upgrades
- New movie theaters
