Our Philosophy

Our overall approach to design and construction project management is based on establishing a professional, collaborative relationship with our clients and all other team members, and maintaining a highly flexible approach to procurement. Our preemptive approach to project management can benefit our clients in many ways:
  • Our deep knowledge of our field of work.
  • We minimize overall costs for our clients.
  • We maximize project efficiencies to the benefit of our clients.
  • We are independent, without conflicts of interest. Our objectivity results from this independence.
We have applied our approach successfully in all phases of project development, planning, design, construction, and operation. It has produced impressive results in all projects where we have had a leadership role from the start.
We are a member of the U.S. Green Building Council. It is our philosophy that sustainability is no longer a choice, it is a necessity. As professionals and responsible individuals, we take pride in being able to contribute to building sustainability by minimizing energy usage and reducing or eliminating negative impacts on our environment.

Project Organization

Picture
Today there is a bewildering array of project implementation strategies facing our clients, each of which has its own proponents. We believe that there is no one way of putting every project together and that each must be approached on its own merits where due consideration is given to:

  • The project type and character
  • The method of financing and funding
  • The characteristics of the parties involved
  • A clear identification of the project objectives

Control

Planned control of the expected and the unexpected is essential. Our services combine proven methods of control, at each critical stage, with experience, intuition, initiative and common sense. By anticipating future problems, we minimize surprises and give our clients the information needed to make effective, timely decisions.
