Paul has worked with Séamus Henchy and Associates for twenty-five years, delivering an ever-expanding list of projects to a successful completion. He brings to each project a balanced and rich understanding of architectural planning and design, construction technology, construction costs and schedules, as well as NYC code and regulatory requirements. He has worked closely with Séamus since 1995. |
Paul provides the overall day to day management and oversight required for the successful execution of each project he works on. He manages the schedule, logistics and costs, and keeps all project teams fully informed about any issues that arise. Paul's years of work with independent schools and libraries, religious organizations, public spaces, private clients, and museums have given him an abundance of opportunities to refine his keen sense of direction in navigating the field of project management in New York City.
Prior to joining SHA, Paul worked with prestigious New York City architectural firms and a general contractor, providing for his wide and deep knowledge base of the industry.
