Experience:
Jessica brings a rare fusion of architectural design and large-scale construction management to her role as Vice President at Séamus Henchy and Associates. She uniquely integrates cutting-edge design tools and practical construction experience to make her a trusted leader in technically complex projects. Jessica plays a strategic and operational role in our firm: she works closely with Seamus G. Henchy to oversee firm-wide project delivery practices, mentor our project teams, and serve as the senior client liaison responsible for ensuring our rigorous standards for budget, schedule, quality and value. A core strength of Jessica's is assembling and empowering high-functioning teams of designers, consultants and contractors. She creates a collaborative environment where the design team's vision is empowered with construction logistics and sequencing. Leveraging her construction management background, she ensures contractor teams are engaged to mitigate risk, maintain controls, and drive schedule. Her leadership results in seamless coordination across all phases of project delivery - giving our clients confidence that every partner on the team is aligned, accountable, and committed to delivering a successful outcomes for their important capital projects.
